Job Description

We are looking for Enterprise Search Analysts across all levels with strong enterprise search domain experience using the Sinequa Search Platform. You will be responsible for working on complex search features that may include multiple data source integrations. Your role will involve analyzing and indexing data to implement an optimized and readily available search solution. You will also implement various search functionalities to fine-tune and boost search results based on business relevance, facet filters, sorts, and result comparisons, while designing an effective connection strategy from the UI to the Search Platform for a seamless search experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Creating Sinequa connectors, webapps, nodes, engines, indexers & indexes
  • Source and collection configuration and indexing for multiple data sources
  • Metadata mapping and relevance boosting in Sinequa
  • Creating UI components and retrieving values from Sinequa using REST calls
  • Creating various Search components like Autocomplete, Filters, and Advanced Search
  • Monitoring the platform – Task Status, Server Status, Index Status, etc.
  • Troubleshooting issues using various logs
  • Deploying and configuring Sinequa using Microsoft Azure DevOps
  • Working on complex search features that may include multiple data source integrations
  • Analyzing and indexing data to implement an optimized and readily available search solution
  • Implementing various search functionalities to fine-tune and boost search results based on business relevance, facet filters, sorts, and result comparisons

Requirements

  • Experience in designing, building, and deploying Enterprise Search applications and services
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in Sinequa Search
  • Strong experience in the Enterprise Search Domain and Search Architecture
  • Expertise in Sinequa Search API, Administration, and Indexing API
  • Proficiency in core Java / .NET / Angular, Spring, RESTful services
  • Solid understanding of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sources, including SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Experience in schema design, analyzer, and filter configuration
  • Exposure to Azure / AWS DevOps / CVS environments
  • BE/BTech/MS/MCA/MTech (CS/Electronics) or an equivalent degree

Nice to have

  • Experience with other Enterprise Search products (ElasticSearch, Elastic Stack, MindBreeze, LucidWorks, Coveo, Squirro, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Content Management or Knowledge Management architectures (Documentum, Hyland Onbase, Smartlogic, Knowledge Graphs, etc.)
  • Sinequa Certification
  • Experience or understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), LLM (Large Language Models), ML (Machine Learning), and AI technologies
