Workshop Recruitment is working with a well-established specialist company seeking a skilled Silicone Applicator to join their growing team. This role involves travelling to projects mainly across London, with a company vehicle provided. The successful Silicone Applicator will play a key role in delivering professional sealing and glazing work on a range of sites. This is a great opportunity for a reliable individual looking for long-term work, stable hours, and varied projects across the South East.

Job Responsibility

  • Carry out silicone sealing on windows and doors
  • Complete wet glazing applications on domestic and commercial sites
  • Travel to customer sites mainly across London and surrounding areas
  • Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality finishes
  • Follow all health and safety procedures on site
  • Work independently and alongside installation teams
  • Maintain company vehicle and tools responsibly
  • Communicate effectively with site teams and supervisors

Requirements

  • Proven experience of working with silicone products to produce high quality finishing work
  • Experience with wet glazing applications would be desirable
  • Must live within 20 miles of company head quarters in Climping
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong practical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Good attention to detail and finishing standards
  • Reliable and professional approach to site work
  • Understanding of site health and safety procedures

Nice to have

Experience with wet glazing applications would be desirable
