AMD Design Assembling and Qualification (DAQ) team delivers design construction methodology and technology for AMD all teams and products. You'll be working with the global team on the construction methodologies and technologies covering logic design technology, design integration technology, complex system design description and automation methodologies.
Job Responsibility
Overseas definition, design, integration, and documentation for ASIC development
Defines module interfaces/formats for simulation
Evaluates all aspects of the process flow from high-level design to synthesis, place and route, and timing and power use
May also review vendor capability to support development.
Requirements
Familiar with SystemVerilog HDL coding and ASIC Frond-End implementation flow
Familiar with Unix/Linux and scripts (TCL, Ruby, Perl, Python etc.)
Familiar with IP construction, including timing, UPF, Synthesis
Strong task-based organization skills
Good interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
Strong passion in achievement and career development
A self-motivated team player
Minimum Master EE/CE, or equivalent degree, plus at least 3 years of hands-on design integration experience in Software development.
