This isn’t a traditional shop-floor position — it’s a role at the very core of our onboard retail experience. You’ll be the storyteller, the host, and the spark that brings our luxury offering to life. You’ll live and work on board for up to six months per contract, with time off before your next adventure — seeing the world while building a career at the forefront of luxury retail events.

Commanding the stage at a theatre-style jewellery showcase
Igniting interest at a cocktail reception
Welcoming VIP guests into an intimate private preview
Striking up conversations that naturally guide guests into our stores and towards our product specialists
Influencing event turnout
Supporting conversion
Ensuring guests appreciate the craftsmanship, value, and exclusivity of what we offer
Identifying potential buyers
Connecting them with the right experts
Helping craft an elevated shopping journey
Engaging guests in vibrant event settings across the ship on sea days
Operational tasks such as stock support, brand training, and event preparation on port days
Requirements:
Strong experience in fine jewellery or premium watches, ideally in luxury or event-led environments
Confidence and charisma when hosting, presenting, or performing in front of audiences
A polished presence and natural ability to build instant rapport
Sharp sales instincts and the drive to exceed expectations
A positive, adaptable, and resilient approach to life at sea
Fluent English
Nice to have:
