Job Description:

As the original house of luxury, St. Regis continues to redefine modern luxury through service. The Butler program is an icon to our heritage and the heart and soul of new luxury. It is high-touch, personalized, creative and original. The Residences Butler provides bespoke residential experiences and services to fulfill Owner needs while living in a branded Residence.

Job Responsibility:

Provide bespoke residential experiences and services to fulfill Owner needs
Coordinate and verify that hotel departments supporting butler services are equipped to meet Owner needs
Build rapport with Owners
Proactively anticipate Owner needs and act upon them
Create a safe work place
Follow company policies and procedures
Uphold quality standards
Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
6 months related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Deep passion for service
Uncompromising standards
Ability to anticipate needs
Impeccable interpersonal skills
Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
