Job Description

We are currently recruiting an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee rail signalling project outcomes within Victoria. The position holds overall technical and assurance responsibility, and plays a key role in driving signalling activities across the full project lifecycle, working closely with engineering teams, contractors, and key stakeholders. Location- Melbourne, VIC Duration- Permanent, Full-time Remuneration- $230,000 + Super

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the delivery of signalling works across project phases
  • Coordinate design, integration, and commissioning activities
  • Ensure compliance with rail safety standards and regulations
  • Manage contractors and internal teams to meet project milestones incl. signal technicians, site / project engineers, project managers and related civil workers
  • Monitor programme, risks, and delivery performance
  • Support effective stakeholder engagement across the project

Requirements

  • Engineering background preferred
  • Strong experience in on-site signalling delivery, ideally working for tier 1 or specialist contractors
  • Solid understanding of signalling standards and operational requirements specific to VIC i.e. MTM, Vline, ARTC
  • Ability to lead teams and drive outcomes in a complex delivery environment
