Signage Production Artist

• Develop detailed technical documentation for signage projects, ensuring accuracy and clarity
• Convert design concepts into buildable drawings that align with fabrication requirements
• Provide expert recommendations on wiring, dimensions, materials, and installation processes
• Collaborate with project managers and vendors to create accurate signage order forms
• Utilize Asana to track project progress and meet deadlines efficiently
• Prepare and optimize files for fabrication and installation purposes
• Work closely with the design team and external fabricators to streamline workflows
• Ensure technical files are organized and accessible for future use
• Maintain high standards of quality and precision in all documentation
• Contribute to improving turnaround times through efficient drafting processes

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Illustrator
• Strong knowledge of signage fabrication techniques and materials
• Ability to work independently while delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines
• Experience with technical design documentation, including wiring and material specifications
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and vendors
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in technical drafting
