Job Description:

The Sign Fitter will be responsible for the installation of internal and external signage such as Illuminated signs, Vinyl graphics and window signage, Wayfinding and directional signage, Large-format and architectural signage. Reading and interpreting technical drawings and installation plans. Site surveys and measurements prior to installation. Use of hand and power tools for safe and accurate fitting. Basic electrical connections for illuminated signage (where qualified). Ensuring all work complies with health & safety regulations. Liaising with clients, contractors, and project managers on-site. Maintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in signage installation, shopfitting, or a similar field
  • Strong practical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to read drawings and follow specifications
  • Safe Pass (required)
  • Manual Handling certification
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • MEWP (Cherry Picker) ticket (desirable)
  • Electrical experience or qualification (advantageous)
