Requirements

At least ten (10) years demonstrated experience and knowledge in SIGINT development analytic support. Within the last ten (10) years, at least five (5) of the years of experience must have been with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications.
Must be proficient in Chinese Mandarin Language Skills
Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph

Job Responsibility

Provide analytic support to optimize and develop assigned customer accesses
Conduct research and analysis of collection and collateral data to develop targets of interests and develop analytic strategies
Identify target communications within the global network
The technology focus will be data and voice communications, including DNR (voice/FAX), DNI and other advanced technologies over IP
Provide support and insight into specific networks and information systems, troubleshooting dataflow issues, and enabling discovery efforts within the mission space
Knowledgeable of and remain current on accesses across relevant programs
Educate analysts on capabilities and opportunities
Serve as the entry point for information
Serve as the point of contact and represent Stakeholders for any related actions
Coordinate with Site Collection/Mission Managers and provide feedback on access
