Job Responsibility

Demonstrable experience as a BMS Design Engineer, ideally with some knowledge around metering and third-party interfacing
Familiarity with the Trend or Schneider StruxureWare systems preferably and / or Siemens, Tridium or Distech
Experience with understanding air, hydraulic and electrical systems
Proficient in reading electrical and control wiring diagrams
Ability to maintain records, trackers and reports
Flexible to travel to sites across Central London and nearby areas, when required

Job Responsibility

Manage the entire design process of each project to ensure that it links with the overall strategy of how the project is to be delivered
Produce point schedules, equipment schedules, Network topologies and Description of Operations
Take responsibility for all equipment procurement
Ensure full engagement with the respective Project Manager(s) and understand the time frame to deliver each design task / element to meet the project programme
Work to tight deadlines and budgets, maintaining high standards throughout
Interpret electrical drawings, control schematics and MEP drawings confidently and accurately
