Job Description

We are seeking experienced Siebel Developers with approximately five years of hands-on expertise in Siebel CRM development, integrations and performance optimisation. This role involves designing, enhancing and supporting Siebel CRM modules, driving efficient data flow between internal and external systems, and collaborating within an Agile delivery environment. The ideal individual will bring strong technical abilities across Siebel configuration, scripting, and workflows, backed by additional exposure to Java, NoSQL, Python or Camunda.

Job Responsibility

  • Configure and customise Siebel CRM modules including Customer Management, Order Management, Product Catalogue and Service Request Management
  • Develop scripts, workflows and business rules to support product validations and efficient order processing
  • Implement integrations between Siebel CRM and external systems such as BRM, middleware platforms and billing systems
  • Maintain accurate data flow and synchronisation across multiple platforms
  • Analyse and improve Siebel application performance, including enhancements within Siebel Open UI
  • Identify, troubleshoot and resolve complex defects and production issues
  • Support release and deployment activities including patch management, environment preparation and migration
  • Contribute to SIT, UAT and production deployment cycles
  • Collaborate in Agile delivery, attending sprint ceremonies and engaging constructively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
