Job Description

We have a great opportunity to build your career in the Waste Industry delivering essential waste management services across Melbourne within local councils. We are currently seeking experienced and safety-focused HR drivers for contract opportunities operating Rear/Side lift waste trucks.

Job Responsibility

  • Operate rear/side Lift trucks for scheduled commercial waste collections
  • Complete pre-start checks and ensure vehicle is maintained to safety standards
  • Follow route schedules efficiently and report any delays or issues
  • Communicate clearly with dispatch and site supervisors
  • Adhere to all site safety protocols, including PPE and hazard identification

Requirements

  • Valid HR Truck Licence
  • Minimum 6-12 months HR driving experience (waste industry experience highly regarded)
  • Strong reliability and commitment to early morning starts
  • Driving history report required
  • Have Rear, Front or Side Lift Experience
