Job Responsibility

  • Maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, customers, and event attendees
  • Managing crowd control and implementing safety procedures when required
  • Conducting searches, access control, and monitoring restricted areas
  • Responding professionally to incidents and emergencies
  • Delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a visible security presence
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and management in busy and high-pressure environments
  • Supporting a professional and high-performing security team

Requirements

  • A valid SIA Security licence
  • 6 months experience as an event security guard
  • Previous experience in event security, venue security, or crowd management preferred
  • Strong communication and good conflict management skills
  • Confidence working in loud, fast-paced, and busy environments
  • Positive attitude with a team-focused approach
