Job Responsibility

  • Moving trailers cautiously from the warehouse yard to specified doors and/or relocating trailers from specified doors to assigned parking locations
  • Conducting yard checks to verify the accuracy of Yard Trailer Inventory
  • Communicating with both Baxter and non-Baxter drivers to coordinate trailer pick-up and drop-off locations
  • Handling Bills of Lading (BOL) for outbound shipments and collaborating with onsite Supervisors and personnel in Shipping and Receiving departments
  • Detailing inventory discrepancies and completing training assignments on time
  • Assuring compliance with all Regulatory, Environmental, Health, and Safety Requirements, including handling spills, damages, and returns
  • Performing other tasks as assigned and working overtime if needed

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • Experience moving 53', 48', 45', 40', and 20' trailers
  • Current CDL A License is preferred
  • General knowledge of material flow and the distribution process
  • Previous work experience in a warehouse environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to carry out tasks independently without constant supervision
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Warehouse Management Systems is preferred

  • Interacts with all guests. The bell person/ guest services attendant will welcome each guest to our hotel
  • If guests are arriving by motor vehicle, you will open their door as you welcome them to the resort/hotel
  • You will be escorting and orienting the guest to the front desk for check-in
  • Upon check-in, you will escort the guests and their luggage to their room. As you do so, you will be explaining our amenities and fun facts they should know about our hotel
  • You will be working together with other attendants to ensure each guest has a personalized experience and will “dive" to open the door for all guests
  • Assist lobby attendant in keeping entrance area clean and organized
  • "Be the difference" with all guest and employees and do more than just “the norm"
  • Driving the hotel shuttle to transport guests to and from local destinations, contributing to a seamless guest experience through attentive and courteous service.
