Shuttle Bus Driver

• Transports employees, students, and visitors to MUSC and areas within the assigned area of operations
• Maintains administrative and operational logs including inspection forms, mileage logs, passenger counts, accident/incident reports, and training updates
• Communicates effectively with passengers and customers regarding transportation schedules and services
• Responsible for fueling and cleaning of the vehicle
• Performs operator’s pre/post vehicle inspections and adds fluids as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned including substituting for other drivers, quick rides, out of town travels (day trips)

• A high school diploma
• one year experience in truck driving, operating a crane or operating a motor vehicle
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid drivers license
• Computer literacy
• Ability to work overtime as required
• CDL Class B with Passenger Endorsement (preferred)
