At Cosentino we are looking for a Showroom Specialist located in Kent, WA who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of.
Job Responsibility:
Provide an excellent customer experience to all visitors and assist with the day-to-day operations of the Center Showroom
Welcome and engage every customer
Assist all walk-ins & customers with appointments
Promote cross and up-sales
Provide support face-to-face, over the phone and via email
Support end users checking stock
Work with General Manager and sales team to increase traffic and leads
Properly register walk-ins, visits, campaigns, and leads in SalesForce
Follow-up on lead conversion
Develop and build relationships with key architects and designers
Filter the leads of the Center via phone calls
Organize and plan events
Responsible for execution of events
Ensure daily entry of all customer visits in Salesforce
Ensure the showroom is always in perfect condition
Manage and maintain the showroom
Manage the administrative tasks required for showroom and events suppliers
Requirements:
4+ years of building materials / construction / commercial projects sales experience
2+ years of proven capacity to interact with multiple levels within all faces with commercial industry projects
