Job Description:

Do you want to be part of a leading company in Luxury and High-End Eyewear? Are you familiar with high-end products, managing a showroom and handling b2b clients? If the answer is yes, then this position is for you!

Job Responsibility:

Oversee all aspects of showroom facilities, coordinating maintenance and ensuring that all equipment and spaces are functional, safe, and aligned with company standards
Maintain the order, cleanliness, and organization of the showroom space, ensuring that products are always displayed optimally
Collaborate with the sales team by providing operational and logistical support in general and during client appointments and events
Manage independently samples
Plan and manage the logistics of showroom events and presentations
Oversee product stock levels and manage orders to ensure product availability
Handle administrative tasks related to showroom operations, such as preparing documentation for client appointments, filing, and managing reporting
Coordinate with vendors for showroom logistical needs and maintenance
Manage and coordinate the company’s car fleet
Active support for brand ambassadors during the SAP ordering process
Management and updates of information for back orders through B2B CRM
Direct support for top accounts
Portfolio management and tracking

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in similar roles in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with flexibility, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of Greek and English
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
Proficiency in both Greek and English
