Our Singapore Sales team is searching for a dynamic Showroom Sales Representative to service the Singapore market! The ideal candidate will fit within our corporate culture and be dedicated to GROWING the client base and market shares in the territory. This is an incredible and rare opportunity to join a fast paced environment within a rapidly growing team. Servicing the luxury industry requires a specific set of skills and knowledge therefore the right candidate will be required to have a background and/or education in the interior design industry. This position will report directly to the APAC/China Sales Manager and will be based in our Singapore Showroom.
Job Responsibility:
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Set up new accounts and profile strategic prospects
Research key decision-makers and business needs
Engage prospects through calls and sampling outreach
Educate and qualify leads for hand-off to outside sales
Generate new business opportunities
Business Development: Build and nurture client relationships through exceptional service
Introduce products during showroom interactions
Support sales pipeline follow-up and team processes
Identify new opportunities and share with the team
Maintain strong client engagement and professionalism
Selling: Present brand and products during showroom visits
Prepare project shops and follow up on sample requests
Track activity and update CRM as directed
Recommend product pairings and provide accurate info
Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email
Showroom Sales: Deliver a welcoming, attentive experience to every visitor
Assist clients with selections and highlight product features
Invite clients for presentations and appointments
Support repeat business through established processes
Help drive sales by creating memorable showroom experiences
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ of sales experience
Keen interest and appreciation for luxury products and interior design
Possess an upbeat, energetic, can-do attitude
Strong team player with excellent customer service skills
Proven experience in converting leads into clients
Highly organized with strong analytical skills
Customer-centric mentality and a focus on delivering exceptional service
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is preferred
Background and/or education in the interior design industry
Organized, self-disciplined, a high achiever, willingness to learn and grow, and a passion for sales
Nice to have:
Interior design industry and/or luxury retail sales experience is a plus
