Job Description

Come and join us as a results-driven Showroom Sales Manager. As the Showroom Sales Manager, you will grow and deliver sales as part of a hugely successful branch team. At The Bathroom Showroom, we believe in making homes, businesses, and lives better by turning a customer's vision into a reality.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive growth by identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, hitting KPIs and achieving sales margins
  • Own the customer journey by proactively approaching every visitor, manage inquiries from initial home visits to final design, and follow up on quotations with urgency
  • Deliver a 3D design service (using CAD) to help homeowners and trade customers visualise their dream bathrooms
  • Build strong bridges between trade and retail channels, turning local trade contacts into long-term showroom advocates
  • Maintain operational excellence by maintaining a safe, organised, and professional showroom environment, ensuring every sales contract is accurate and compliant with safety standards

  • Valid UK Clean Driving Licence and access to a car
