Job Description:

Come and join us as a results-driven Showroom Sales Manager. As the Showroom Sales Manager, you will grow and deliver sales as part of a hugely successful branch team. At The Bathroom Showroom, we believe in making homes, businesses, and lives better by turning a customer's vision into a reality.

Job Responsibility:

  • Grow and deliver sales as part of a hugely successful branch team
  • Turn a customer's vision into a reality
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
  • Hit KPIs and achieve sales margins
  • Own the customer journey by proactively approaching every visitor
  • Manage inquiries from initial home visits to final design
  • Follow up on quotations with urgency
  • Deliver a 3D design service (using CAD) to help customers visualise their dream bathrooms
  • Build strong bridges between trade and retail channels
  • Turn local trade contacts into long-term showroom advocates
  • Maintain operational excellence by maintaining a safe, organised, and professional showroom environment
  • Ensure every sales contract is accurate and compliant with safety standards
