In this role as a Showroom Sales Manager, you will be a high-performer who thrives on identifying opportunities and closing the sale. You will leverage your expertise to provide bespoke solutions and drive sales performance to new heights, ensuring our showroom is seen by the trade as a vital extension of their own business. By mastering our leading product range, you will not only meet customer needs but also exceed targets that directly impact your bonus potential.

Job Responsibility

  • Driving growth by identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, hitting KPIs and achieving sales margins
  • Owning the customer journey by proactively approaching every visitor, managing inquiries from initial home visits to final design, and following up on quotations with urgency
  • Delivering a 3D design service (using CAD) to help homeowners and trade customers visualise their dream bathrooms
  • Building strong bridges between trade and retail channels, turning local trade contacts into long-term showroom advocates
  • Maintaining operational excellence by maintaining a safe, organised, and professional showroom environment, ensuring every sales contract is accurate and compliant with safety standards

Requirements

  • Proactive approach to sales with a proven ability to win and grow new business
  • Resilience and confidence to handle sales objections and drive to thrive in a target-driven environment
  • Experience in relationship management and developing a true partnership approach with clients
  • Analytical ability to interpret basic financial and statistical information to make informed business decisions
  • Ideally, some knowledge of bathroom products or CAD design skills (though training is provided)
  • A valid UK Clean Driving Licence and access to a car is essential
