We are a fast-scaling disruptor currently on a journey from 4 stores to 20. Our Thurrock showroom only opened in November and is already on track for a £4m turnover. This isn't a 'standing around' role, this is a 14,000 sq ft powerhouse that needs a high-energy leader to drive conversion and dominate the floor.
Job Responsibility:
Lead by example on the floor, closing big-ticket deals and showing the team how it's done
Drive conversion by identifying missed opportunities and coaching the team in real-time to increase average order values
Build culture, keep the energy high and the numbers higher
Be the heartbeat of the showroom, leading from the front and demonstrating 'the art of the close' to a hungry team of consultants
Requirements:
Experience in Furniture, Kitchens, Bathrooms, or high-end Electricals/Mobile sales
Top-performing Sales Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Consultant from a 'big-ticket' assisted purchase background
Natural closer who thrives on the energy of a high-volume showroom
Ability to create urgency and overcome objections without being 'pushy'
Ability to coach a team and get a buzz from seeing your team hit their targets
