In this role as a Showroom Sales Manager, you will be a high-performer who thrives on identifying opportunities and closing the sale. You will leverage your expertise to provide bespoke solutions and drive sales performance to new heights, ensuring our showroom is seen by the trade as a vital extension of their own business.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive growth by identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, hitting KPIs and achieving sales margins
  • Own the customer journey by proactively approaching every visitor, manage inquiries from initial home visits to final design, and follow up on quotations with urgency
  • Deliver a 3D design service (using CAD) to help customers visualise dream bathrooms
  • Build strong bridges between trade and retail channels
  • Maintain operational excellence by maintaining a safe, organised, and professional showroom environment, ensuring every sales contract is accurate and compliant with safety standards
