We are a fast-scaling disruptor currently on a journey from 4 stores to 20. Our Thurrock showroom only opened in November and is already on track for a £4m turnover. This is a 14,000 sq ft powerhouse that needs a high-energy leader to drive conversion and dominate the floor.
Job Responsibility:
Lead from the front, demonstrating the art of the close to a hungry team of consultants
Spend time on the floor closing big-ticket deals and showing the team how it's done
Drive conversion by identifying missed opportunities and coaching the team in real-time to increase average order values
Keep the energy high and the numbers higher as a culture builder
Requirements:
Top-performing Sales Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Consultant from a big-ticket assisted purchase background
Excelled in Furniture, Kitchens, Bathrooms, or high-end Electricals/Mobile sales
Know how to create urgency and overcome objections without being pushy
Get a buzz from seeing your team hit their targets as much as you do your own
