To find our future leaders, we run a rigorous selection process: following a virtual behaviour-led screening, successful candidates will be invited to an assessment day. Acting as your final stage interview, this day includes group tasks, individual exercises, and a final presentation. It is not just an interview, it is your first opportunity to learn about our business and network directly with our regional managers. At the Highbourne Group, we don’t do traditional or slow-moving.
