Are you passionate about design and customer service? Do you thrive on creating stylish, practical spaces while delivering an exceptional customer experience? We’re looking for a Showroom Sales Designer to join our team and help customers bring their dream bathrooms to life.

Job Responsibility

  • Welcoming and advising customers in the branch and showroom
  • Surveying, planning, and designing bathrooms tailored to customer needs
  • Producing accurate quotations and coordinating ancillary work
  • Arranging and attending home and site visits
  • Liaising with approved contractors on installation agreements
  • Ensuring the showroom is well-presented, clean, and inviting
  • Handling telephone enquiries and customer orders
  • Assisting with stock processing, deliveries, and routine stock checks
  • Maintaining company procedures for goods inwards, cash handling, and security
  • Supporting periodic stock takes and spot checks
  • Promoting a safe, secure, and professional working environment

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • A flair for design with the ability to understand customer requirements
  • Organised, reliable, and proactive approach to work
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • Flexibility to attend site visits and liaise with contractors
