Job Description

This position is ideal for someone with kitchen and/or bath experience who enjoys working directly with customers in a design-focused showroom environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Assess customer design needs, preferences, and budget to recommend appropriate products
  • Manage the sales process from initial consultation through order completion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and trade professionals
  • Answer product-related questions in person and over the phone
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date product literature and showroom samples
  • Participate in networking events, professional groups, and sales-driven activities to support business growth

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in showroom sales, preferably within kitchen and/or bath design
  • Strong technical knowledge of products and general bath (or kitchen) design concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive, customer-focused attitude
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
