Job Description:

Come and join us as a results-driven Showroom Sales Manager. As the Showroom Sales Manager, you will grow and deliver sales as part of a hugely successful branch team. At The Bathroom Showroom, we believe in making homes, businesses, and lives better by turning a customer’s vision into a reality.

Job Responsibility:

  • Driving growth by identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, hitting KPIs and achieving sales margins
  • Owning the customer journey by proactively approaching every visitor, managing inquiries from initial home visits to final design, and following up on quotations with urgency
  • Delivering a 3D design service (using CAD) to help homeowners and trade customers visualise their dream bathrooms
  • Building strong bridges between trade and retail channels, turning local trade contacts into long-term showroom advocates
  • Maintaining operational excellence by maintaining a safe, organised, and professional showroom environment, ensuring every sales contract is accurate and compliant with safety standards

Requirements:

  • Proactive approach to sales with proven ability to win and grow new business
  • Resilience and confidence to handle sales objections
  • Experience in relationship management and developing a partnership approach with clients
  • Ability to interpret basic financial and statistical information to make informed business decisions
  • Valid UK Clean Driving Licence and access to a car is essential
