Job Description

Showroom Manager position for a leading manufacturer of innovative office furniture solutions, responsible for creating inspiring spaces and ensuring positive client experiences in the Islington, London showroom.

Job Responsibility

  • Be the first point of contact for clients and team members
  • Ensure positive and memorable experience
  • Conduct client tours
  • Ensure warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Collaborate with sales team and dealers to craft unforgettable experiences for strategic visits
  • Maintain showroom standards
  • Oversee integrity of product displays
  • Administer conference and office space reservations
  • Handle catering requests
  • Manage AV setups
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders to enhance client experience
  • Manage facility issues
  • Coordinate with subcontractors
  • Handle mail
  • Manage accounts payable processes
  • Provide administrative assistance
  • Organise and maintain Surface Materials library
  • Ensure timely requests for dealers and clients

Requirements

  • Business degree or relevant qualification
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing sales role
  • Warm, gracious demeanour
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
