Job Description

Are you an experienced Showroom Manager with a passion for bathrooms and delivering outstanding customer experiences? Our client is looking for a commercially driven Showroom Manager to take full ownership of a busy Birmingham showroom. As Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the showroom, driving store sales through high standards, strong performance, and effective leadership of the sales team, while ensuring an exceptional end-to-end customer journey. This Showroom Manager role would suit an experienced retail manager or a senior bathroom sales professional from a KBB environment who is ready to step into a leadership position and take ownership of results.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee the daily running of the showroom, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
  • Drive sales performance by maximising every enquiry and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the showroom team to deliver strong results and consistent growth
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are delivered at every stage of the customer journey
  • Represent the business as a confident and credible brand ambassador
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and showroom presentation
  • Ensure accurate administration and processes to minimise errors and support operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Proven experience within a KBB or bathroom retail sales environment
  • Previous experience managing or supporting the development of a sales team
  • Commercially minded with a strong sales focus and ability to drive conversion
  • Confident, hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing people
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and taking ownership of results
  • Organised, motivated, and customer focused
