We are currently recruiting for a part-time Showroom Host to join our friendly and professional team at Vertu Toyota Ayr. This is a key front‑of‑house role where you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring every visitor receives a warm welcome and an outstanding experience from the moment they arrive.
Job Responsibility:
Welcoming customers into the showroom in a friendly and professional manner
Ensuring customers are promptly attended to and directed to the appropriate team member
Maintaining a clean, tidy and well‑presented showroom environment at all times
Offering refreshments and ensuring customers feel comfortable while they wait
Supporting the sales and management teams with general showroom duties
Managing customer flow within the showroom during busy periods
Upholding Vertu Motors’ high standards of customer care and professionalism
Requirements:
Previous customer‑facing experience is desirable but not essential
Friendly, approachable and confident communicating with a wide range of people
Well‑presented with a professional manner
Strong attention to detail and pride in giving excellent service
Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
Able to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
