Coordinating with the team to ensure our customers receive their products on time. Managing professional correspondence via phone and email to troubleshoot inquiries. Maintaining our high standard of customer care and showroom presentation.

Requirements:
1 year experience
Strong background in face to face customer service and back end office administration
Great listener who wants to help people solve physical discomfort
Takes real ownership of workspace
Comfortable using standard office software and quick to learn new systems
Must be Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
High School Certificate
Secondary School/High School education
