Job Responsibility:

  • Greet clients, designers, and partners with professional flair in our Montreal showroom
  • Lead the logistics for on-site events (catering, setup, hosting) to ensure a premium guest experience
  • Manage the Loner Program inventory (chairs) and handle customer claims with precision
  • Act as a key resource for the sales team by assisting with product presentations and samples

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years in high-end customer service (hospitality, luxury retail, or corporate reception)
  • Fluency in English and French is essential
  • Ability to support approximately 12 events per year (early mornings or evenings) with time off in lieu
  • Comfortable with MS Office and a quick learner of internal management software
