Job Responsibility:

  • Ask questions and explore possibilities to recommend the right finance, products, and installation options
  • Use software to produce inspirational designs that will bring customer projects to life
  • Coordinate multiple projects & supporting customers virtually and face to face
  • Take customers on a journey from inspirational ideas through to delivery

Requirements:

  • Look for scrap metal that needs to be taken out
  • Make sure you ask technician about any parts or boxes before throwing out or recycling
  • Specifically, is the part a warranty part or can it be thrown away
  • Check for special tools that need to be put away, or if tool room needs to be cleaned

  • Responsible for daily ordering of parts requested by customers (VORs) and be involved In discussions with parts manager to ascertain if an immobilised VOR order is required
  • Responsible for ordering of parts to maximise customer fill whilst considering stock turn, as to avoid VORs where possible (unless a customer request demands a VOR action)
