Graham & Brown is searching for creative, customer-focused Showroom Sales Advisors to bring energy, inspiration, and a whole lot of style to our brand-new Knutsford showroom. This is more than just a sales role – you’ll be a creative guide, a trusted advisor and a brand ambassador all rolled into one. Whether it's advising on the perfect palette or finding the finishing touch for a feature wall, you’ll make sure every customer leaves inspired.

Job Responsibility

  • Welcoming customers and providing thoughtful, design-led advice
  • Helping to create personalised mood boards and design solutions
  • Styling the showroom and maintaining eye-catching, on-trend displays
  • Supporting with stock, keyholder duties and store presentation
  • Staying on top of design trends and smashing sales targets

  • You love interiors and have a good eye for style and colour
  • You're confident and friendly in a customer-facing role
  • You’re organised, proactive and energised by a creative retail space
  • Retail experience is ideal – especially in lifestyle, interiors or fashion

  • Own and grow a healthy, multi-stage pipeline, partnering closely with Solutions Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Legal teams to accelerate deal progression and ensure a smooth transition to onboarding post-signature
