Job Description

The Show Marketing Specialist supports RX events by coordinating and executing a variety of marketing activities. This role collaborates closely with event teams to ensure timely development of marketing materials, manage partner communications, and contribute to key projects across multiple shows. We welcome candidates who are detail‑oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop, update, and coordinate sales decks, brochures, one‑pagers, and other promotional assets for assigned events
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with associations and partner organizations to ensure deliverables, timelines, and benefits are met
  • Assist with project-specific tasks such as content updates, logistics coordination, and cross‑team collaboration
  • Request, review, and organize vendor quotes to support quality standards and budget alignment
  • Assist in creating, reviewing, and preparing digital marketing materials, including banners, email assets, and social media content

Requirements

  • Education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields, or equivalent experience
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, events, or related roles (preferred but not required)
  • Recent graduates who have completed their professional internships are welcome to apply
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is required
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office
  • familiarity with design or digital tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, email platforms) is a plus
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, with attention to detail
