Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and reliable Team Members who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. This isn’t your average shop job—you will be multi-trained to work across all our unique satellite venues, including The Butlins Store, Toybox, and The Hire Shop. This is an active, on-the-go role where you’ll be on your feet and moving throughout your shift. You’ll be the face of our stores, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. Whether you’re helping a guest find a specific product, unloading pallets, or ensuring our shelves are perfectly stocked, you’ll be part of a team that truly gets stuck in. While previous experience in a similar environment is desirable, it’s not essential as full training is provided. This is a full-time role of 30 hours per week, working to a rota across 5 out of 7 days, with shifts ranging anywhere from 7am to Midnight, so flexibility is essential.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering a friendly, fast-paced guest experience and maintaining a smile under pressure across all retail venues
  • Moving dynamically between shops to help where needed, from giftware and toys to equipment hire
  • Working hands-on with checkouts to provide efficient service and accurate cash handling
  • Helping to receive and check off deliveries with high attention to detail to ensure accuracy
  • Stacking shelves and creating eye-catching displays to keep shop floors tidy
  • Working as one team across the department to ensure seamless shopping experience
  • Keeping venues clean and safe for teammates and guests

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential as full training is provided
