Job Description:

As a Shopping Centre Operations & Facilities Management Leader at Ingka Centres, your role is to work with your team to make Brighton, an inspirational Meeting Place that goes beyond customer expectations. It's an exciting journey, and you will be at the heart of it!

Job Responsibility:

optimise the Meeting Place experience
drive visitation to the Meeting Places and IKEA
deliver sustainable business growth
achieve operational results
drive efficiency improvements
enhance commercial performance, brand value and Sustainability performance
maintain and operate the property with focus on sustainability
partner with Facility Management team
work on budget management
lead and manage projects
oversee Tenant coordination
update requirements for Facilities Management
be the interface between Meeting Place Management Team and Facilities Management Service
support risk management

Requirements:

customer-focus mindset
knowledge in commercial properties operations
experience in similar roles
