Job Description:

As a Shopping Centre Operations & Facilities Management Leader, your role is to create an inspirational Meeting Place for customers. You will work with various stakeholders to maintain and improve the property, manage budgets, oversee tenant coordination, and lead projects with a focus on sustainability and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with Facility Management team to ensure delivering good Facilities Management service
cooperate with Meeting Place Team, Service Office and Facility Management providers to maintain and operate the property
manage budgets across all departments
oversee tenant coordination
lead projects that improve financial performance and operations
ensure sustainability improvements in energy, emissions, and water management
support installation of events with technical components
support risk management initiatives.

Requirements:

Knowledge in commercial properties operations
customer-focus mindset
ability to optimize Meeting Place experience
ability to drive operational results and efficiency improvements
knowledge of sustainability practices
skills in budget management
project management experience
risk management knowledge
ability to liaise with stakeholders and service providers.

Nice to have:

Experience in tenant coordination
experience with sustainability initiatives
knowledge of energy and waste management
experience in Safety & Security leadership.
