Job Description

We’re looking for a Shopper Marketing & Visual Merchandising Manager to help bring our brand stories to life in-store — from exciting skincare launches to magical Christmas campaigns. As part of the In-Store Marketing Team, you’ll help make our brands shine in retail spaces by supporting the planning and delivery of both temporary activations and permanent merchandising projects. You’ll work with a passionate team of creatives and marketers to deliver impactful campaigns that surprise and delight shoppers every day.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the creative translation of brand guidelines into in-store displays and materials across the UK&I and EMEA & APAC markets
  • Adapt campaigns and initiatives for in-store activation across temporary and permanent touchpoints
  • Manage the development and rollout of 3D in-store materials and promotional kits
  • Partner with agencies and suppliers to support creative production, artwork reviews, and approvals
  • Collaborate with Brand, Commercial, and Category teams to ensure activations are on-brand, insight-led, and commercially strong
  • Oversee stakeholder communications and coordination to ensure projects are approved on time and delivered flawlessly

Requirements
