Job Responsibility:
Analyze the performance of brand experiences, tracking key metrics such as attendance, engagement, social media buzz, and sales impact to measure ROI and inform future strategies
Develop and execute innovative and engaging brand experiences that connect with the target audience, reinforce brand positioning, and drive measurable results
Lead the planning and execution of in-store activations, events, and retail experiences, creating memorable moments that enhance the shopper’s journey and drive sales
Coordinate influencer marketing, content creation and media plans with cross functional teams to expand brand awareness
Manage external agency, providing clear briefs, overseeing creative development, and ensuring seamless execution within budget and timeline parameters
Desing and execute attractive and competitive on packs to impulse Sell Out growth
PMO for local innovations. Including calculation size of opportunity, business case and commercial strategy for deployment
Price strategy: analysis, execution and performance tracking
Requirements:
Proven Experiential Marketing: Typically, 3+ years of experience directly conceiving, planning, and executing brand plans and performance tracking, ideally with a digital-first approach understanding
Track Record in Beauty FMCG (preferred): Experience within the beauty industry or with beauty brands is highly advantageous, understanding the target audience and trends
Project Management Prowess: Evidence of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, budgets, and timelines, ensuring successful delivery
English: fluent for professional performance

Data Analysis Skills: Comfort using data to track activation performance, financial metrics, measure ROI, building business cases and inform future strategies
