Are you a shopper marketing professional with a passion for bringing brands to life across retail and digital channels? We're partnering with a leading FMCG business to recruit a Shopper Activation Manager who will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful shopper campaigns, retailer activations and digital communications strategies across a portfolio of well-known consumer brands. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing marketing team where you'll have the autonomy to shape activation plans, work closely with major UK retailers and influence how consumers engage with brands both in-store and online.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute insight-led shopper activation campaigns across key retail customers
  • Deliver retailer media plans across multiple touchpoints and channels
  • Create best-in-class shopper assets including POS, retailer media, online content and activation toolkits
  • Drive digital shelf excellence through optimisation of product content, imagery, SEO, taxonomy and online visibility
  • Manage retailer partnerships and co-branded activation opportunities
  • Analyse campaign performance, measure ROI and identify optimisation opportunities
  • Support new product launches with engaging shopper and digital activation plans
  • Manage activation budgets, forecasting and agency relationships
  • Present campaign results and recommendations to internal stakeholders and retail partners
  • Lead the execution of digital communications plans across multiple platforms
  • Collaborate with agencies to create engaging content aligned with brand objectives
  • Track digital performance metrics and support SEO, CRM and social media initiatives

Requirements

  • Shopper Marketing Experience/ Exposure
  • FMCG experience
  • Worked with UK Grocers
  • Good understanding of the consumer-to-shopper journey and how to tailor messaging, media, and creative to maximise engagement and conversion
  • Experience delivering integrated campaigns across shopper and digital channels
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions, markets, and agency partners
  • Commercially minded with good attention to detail, analytical and experience of using insight to shape recommendations
  • Experience working with agencies and managing multiple campaign delivery
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills, experience of holding teams and agencies to account
  • Passion for shopper engagement, digital trends, and brand building
