Job Responsibility

Lead, inspire and develop your team to optimize the IKEA shopping experience in your area, ensuring satisfied customers and increased sales
Ensure your shop is fully stocked, merchandised, and always in excellent shape — inspiring customers through strong range presentation
Actively steer sales to top-selling and prioritized products to maximize sales and profitability
Analyze performance and take action to deliver on department goals and commercial priorities
Ensure your team has the right product knowledge and can share it effectively to improve the customer experience
Work closely with other functions and use IKEA tools to achieve a coordinated commercial approach
