Job Description:

Shopkeeper position in the bedroom department at IKEA, responsible for leading a team and optimizing sales while providing an enjoyable shopping experience

Job Responsibility:

Motivate and inspire your team using knowledge of the IKEA product range and services, the local market and IKEA customers
Optimises sales and profitability of the department through following up, conducting analyses and taking actions
Actively work towards fulfilling the needs of IKEA store's daily operation
Optimise the IKEA shopping experience in your shop and store to secure satisfied customers and increase sales

Requirements:

Business-minded and result-driven with a customer focus
Ability to lead business through people by demonstrating high leadership capabilities
Ability to prioritise and organise your own work to make efficient use of the time available
Interest in people's everyday life at home and home furnishing
