Job Responsibility:
Optimise sales and profitability by taking ownership of the product range and consistently delivering IKEA commercial priorities and volume commitments
Identify and act on commercial opportunities by responding to customer insights, monitoring competitor activity, and using supply and performance analysis to drive informed actions
Support customers to buy with confidence by providing strong product knowledge, inspiration, and practical solutions tailored to their needs
Partner with cross-functional teams (including Fulfilment and Com-In) to strengthen product availability, uphold merchandising standards, and maintain a full, inspiring, and well-presented shop floor
Build a high-trust, high-performance culture by encouraging open two-way feedback, providing clear direction, and engaging co-workers in achieving IKEA objectives
Champion IKEA’s sustainability and social responsibility commitments by embedding responsible practices into daily ways of working
Requirements:
Commercially minded and results-driven, with a strong customer focus
Proven experience working in a fast-paced retail/commercial environment
Demonstrated experience in a customer-led business, delivering a positive end-to-end experience
Skilled in active selling by understanding customer needs and recommending relevant solutions
Genuine interest in people’s everyday life at home and home furnishing
Adaptable and flexible, with a positive approach to change
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Confident decision-maker who takes initiative and acts with accountability
