Join IKEA Cardiff as a Shopkeeper (Department Sales Manager), where you will lead by example and work collaboratively with your team to co-create the wonderful everyday with our many co-workers and customers!

Job Responsibility:

  • Take responsibility for department goals and secure action plan ensures country priorities are implemented
  • Act quickly on commercial opportunities and take full responsibility for ensuring shop is in excellent shape
  • Develop a successful team ensuring they have correct knowledge of range and IKEA services
  • Work with succession to identify talent, ensuring right number of competent co-workers in right place at right time

Requirements:

  • Experience managing people in a commercial retail environment
