Job Responsibility

Lead end-to-end technical development, delivery, and maintenance of Carrier’s Shopify eCommerce sites and accelerator platform (OneCommerce) according to project requirements and best practices
Manage and mentor a team of developers and quality assurance analysts, providing technical guidance and support, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and problem-solving
Set technical expectations and KPIs for the team, ensuring alignment with project goals and compliance with established code quality, performance, and scalability standards
Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of Carrier’s Shopify sites and accelerator platform (OneCommerce)
