Job Description:

I’m representing a PE-backed entertainment brand looking for an experienced Shopify Manager to take ownership of their Shopify channel and scale it to multi-million-pound annual revenue. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on data-driven decision making and has a strong commercial mindset. You’ll be responsible for driving profitable growth through conversion rate optimisation (CRO), paid media performance, and close collaboration with Digital, CRM, and Brand teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Owning end-to-end Shopify performance, accountable for revenue, conversion, AOV, and profitability
  • Building and executing a Shopify growth roadmap, scaling revenue while maintaining margins
  • Leading a structured CRO programme, using analytics, user insights, and testing to optimise the customer journey
  • Partnering with Paid Media specialists to maximise PPC efficiency and ROI
  • Ensuring the Shopify experience fully reflects the brand, collaborating with Brand and Creative teams on campaigns, product drops, and seasonal launches
  • Working cross-functionally with Digital, CRM, Product, Tech, and Analytics teams to deliver joined-up customer journeys

Requirements:

  • Proven experience owning and scaling Shopify stores, ideally to £Ms in revenue
  • Strong track record in CRO and paid media optimisation
  • Commercially-minded, confident in managing performance KPIs
  • Experienced in cross-functional collaboration and using analytics to drive decisions

Nice to have:

Experience with fast-growth ecommerce or DTC brands is a plus
