Job Responsibility:
Oversee daily Store activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Analyse sales trends and develop strategies to improve performance
Provide ongoing training and coaching to improve customer service and engagement
Manage store budgets and monitor expenses
Planning and managing deliveries and collections
Operating the agreed stock rotation system and pricing structure
Ensuring an efficient back-room operation
Delivery of budgeted sales targets and maximising profit
Creating a store layout that in line with brand guidelines

Requirements:
Proven experience in retail management or a similar customer-facing role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility to work weekends and occasional additional hours as required

Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to pay attention to detail and work to fixed deadlines
