Job Description:

This is a hands-on shop position assisting with the fabrication and assembly of signs and related projects. No two days are the same — you’ll be cutting, assembling, prepping materials, and helping keep the shop running smoothly.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with fabrication of signs (cutting, assembling, sanding, painting, etc.)
  • Operate basic shop tools and equipment (drills, saws, sanders, etc.)
  • Help with material prep and organization
  • Load/unload materials and assist with deliveries when needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Support installers and fabricators as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience with hand tools and basic power tools required
  • General handyman, construction, or shop experience preferred
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately
  • Comfortable working on your feet and lifting 50+ lbs
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and take direction

Nice to have:

  • Welding or metal fabrication
  • Woodworking or carpentry
  • Vinyl application or sign experience
  • Painting/finishing experience
