Requirements

Technical degree, preferably related to mechanical, industrial or manufacturing fields
At least three years of relevant experience working with foundry models and model shops in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Training or certifications in mechanical design software and 3D modelling
Good knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
Experience in foundry, heavy manufacturing, fabrication or mining wear products is highly valued
Intermediate or conversational level in English is valued but not mandatory

Job Responsibility

Manufacturing, maintenance and inspection of foundry models in accordance with standards, procedures and work instructions
Prepare model drawings and 3D models based on foundry design requirements
Prepare gauge drawings and maintain accurate model and inspection records

Perform model manufacturing and maintenance activities in the model shop (internal and external) according to standards, procedures, work instructions and methods
